We value your contribution to the forum and would much appreciate that participants abide by these rules and regulations.

Rules

1. All participants must register with a functional and current email address. Those found to have an unworkable email could be removed and may be required to re-register.

2. Registered and signup names displayed should not carry any offensive connotations.

3. The use of abusive, obscene, provocative, violent, discriminatory, racist, sexually exploitative and derogatory terms are strictly prohibited. Any post that violates this forum rule will be deleted. In some cases, the participant of such a post could be issued a warning first. Administrators and Moderators reserve the right to have disruptive persons banned from this forum.

4. We strongly urge participants to do some background research on the topic under discussion, and avoid making sweeping statements and insensitive comments.

5. This is a non-partisan forum. Vehement attacks on governments, political leaders, celebrities and other well-known figures are discouraged.

6. The forum should not be used as a platform for self-serving interests, commercial advertising, or promotion of certain sectarian or partisan interests. Personal vendetta against certain persons, groups or countries is not allowed.

7. The views expressed by individual participants are solely theirs, and do not in any way reflect or represent the beliefs of the Aministration and Moderators.


Grounds for Banning A Participant

1. Personal, negative, unconstructive and unjustified attacks on the Forum, Administrators, Moderators, and other participants.

2. Persistent use of abusive, obscene, provocative, violent, sexually explicit, racist, chauvnistic and derogatory terms.

3. Spamming and other forms of disruptive, destructive and fraudulent behaviour.

4. Posting irrelevant issues, causing confusion, havoc and steering the discussions off track.
